I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls I am married for 2 years now and been with my spouse for over 5 years.
We are currently looking to buy a home that we already have an intrest in but are unable for the homeowner to get us a loan approval. My husband and I have poor credit, he has filed bankruptcy on a previous home about 3 years ago. and for myself I am not working at the moment and unable to pay my past bills thats go back as far as 1995. But I am looking for assistance in trying to buy this home that I am very intrested in. the home is being sold for around 72,000 and I can only come up with $2,000.00 for a down payment. I am intrested in finding someone that can help us to buy this house we only have one income coming in and net at least $1,800.00 a month. I really do not know the right people to ask. hopefully someone can assist this mother of 3 growing girls.
